Healthcare Activation Specialist Specialist

We are seeking Healthcare Program Activation Specialists to make proactive phone calls to established business-to-business relationships. Successful candidates are sales and training experts responsible for providing the role of trusted advisor while providing both strategic and tactical approaches for the growth and development of the business in the medical finance industry.

The Healthcare Program Activation Specialist is accountable for maintaining two account bases. This includes assignments which require program training as well as accounts that have been trained by a field representative. The Specialist is responsible for diagnosing needs, profiling behaviors, accelerating integration and calling a series of follow-up engagements over the course of a five month span for both initiatives. The goal is to have assigned accounts implement the finance program and incorporate specific financial discussions resulting in application volume and elevated usage.

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with business professionals
  • Demonstrate investigative skills through effective fact finding questioning/listening
  • Strong ability to understand needs, intuitively pinpoint and overcome objections
  • Sensible business acumen and competitive nature
  • Ability to keep an optimistic attitude and motivate with persuasive personality
  • Good planning and problem solving skills; willing to go the extra mile
  • Must be self motivated and able to work independently toward the achievement of goals
  • Concise and effective business correspondence and documentation

Education and experience should include:

  • Minimum high school or equivalent, 2-4 years college with degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales environment, a medical related field where you presented treatment options to patients; relationship management.
  • Solid work history
  • Ability to make a long term commitment
  • Preferred candidates possess medical or financial background and proven sales record


Compensation & Benefits include:

  • Earn up to $36,000 year
  • 4 ½ day work week; full-time with daytime hours (Mon-Fri)
