Program Specialist

CDS provides the next generation of business communication. Our Marketing Services and Customer Management Center is a new model for progressive companies looking to grow revenues, shorten sales cycles, influence customer decisions, and build customer loyalty. We are currently seeking Program Specialists to make outbound calls to both established & prospective business to business relationships. Successful candidates will be responsible for positioning our clients’ products & services to increase revenue through developing relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities, and securing leads. New Business Program Specialists should possess the confidence and excitement necessary to successfully execute outbound client relationship calls & follow up calls, and should be able to build immediate rapport with all types of individuals. A confident consultative approach is most successful. Demonstration of good telephone etiquette is required, as well as the ability to professionally communicate.

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with other business professionals
  • Selling skills to reinforce customer product positioning & overcome objections
  • Ability to foster ongoing customer relationships that generate results
  • Resiliency, the ability to hear multiple no’s and remain optimistic
  • Self-discipline to efficiently manage workload, time & attendance
  • Up-to-date computer skills
  • Self motivation to achieve team and individual goals
  • Strong grammatical and spelling ability

Education and experience should include:

  • Multi-lingual skills a plus
  • Solid work history
  • Ability to make a long term commitment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits include:

  • Up to $12.50 per hour
  • Ability to earn up to $6,000 at target with a maximum of $8,000 in annual commissions, paid out monthly
  • Paid training
  • 4 ½ day work week; full-time with daytime hours (Mon-Fri)
